Pre-sales Solutions Engineer partnering with Sales to demonstrate Algolia, run technical evaluations, build prototypes and POCs, address technical objections, and drive adoption. Acts as a technical advisor to customers and an internal advocate to Product and Engineering to improve customer success.

Build and iterate on Growth product features and platforms to improve user activation and developer onboarding. Run A/B experiments, collaborate with Product and Design, write well-tested code, contribute to engineering best practices, and help scale event-driven infrastructure and growth tooling.

Partner with customers to drive adoption of Algolia's search platform through technical onboarding, solution design, workshops, hands-on implementation, documentation, and cross-functional escalation to ensure long-term customer success.
