Develop and execute Algolia’s DACH partner strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Manage consulting, systems integration, technology, and cloud partnerships; recruit and enable partners; shape agentic AI solutions; coordinate co-selling and co-marketing; and drive pipeline, deal registration, account mapping, and revenue growth. The role requires technical fluency in APIs, AI, cloud, and SaaS without owning implementation, plus cross-functional leadership and strong German and English communication skills.
