The Program Manager - Sourcing will execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and oversee product material costs and localization.

Translate strategy into measurable OKRs, enforce governance (MBRs/QBRs/program reviews), partner with GMs and cross-functional teams on P&L, forecasting, NPI and margin initiatives, and ensure timely resolution of risks and commitments to deliver agreed business outcomes.

Lead sales strategy and results for a major geographic region. Plan and direct all sales activities, forecasts, policies, staffing, and training. Manage sales managers and strategic accounts, align operations with corporate objectives, set goals and quotas, and drive both short- and long-term business growth while ensuring cross-functional integration.
