Provide hands-on end-user IT support, manage company iPhone lifecycle and MDM, deploy and maintain Windows/Mac endpoints and peripherals, perform first-level network troubleshooting, coordinate with MSPs and vendors, administer Google Workspace and business apps, assist on IT projects and documentation, and maintain hardware inventory.
