Hands-on finance leader owning full-cycle close, cost accounting in a standard-cost manufacturing environment, SOX/internal controls, audit coordination, inventory/WIP valuation, variance analysis, and reporting. Partners with operations to drive margin, productivity, cash, and automation/AI initiatives; supervises and develops the finance team and supports forecasting, AOP, and capital project evaluation.
