Support Arch’s global corporate insurance program through renewals, underwriting submissions, exposure data collection, policy administration, multinational placements, claims coordination, invoicing, certificates of insurance, governance, and documentation. Partner with Risk Management, Legal, Finance, business units, brokers, and insurers to assess insurance impacts from corporate changes, maintain records and controls, and manage policies through resolution.

The PMO & Value Management Lead will oversee PMO governance and delivery while managing a small team to enhance portfolio processes and metrics.

Perform quarterly reserving analyses, develop new reserving techniques and analytics, support GAAP/SAP financial reporting and profitability reviews, collaborate with pricing, claims, underwriting and finance, and present findings to senior management. Leverage programming (SQL/R/Python) and industry data to ensure reserve adequacy and develop analytical tools and insights.

The AVP of Claims-TCO leads strategy for complex claims, drives litigation management, prepares executive reports, and enhances claims capability. Requires extensive legal and claims expertise.

Lead and scale an implementation engineering organization to productionize AI/ML systems (LLMs, multi-agent flows, RAG, hybrid architectures). Own architecture, CI/CD, observability, cost governance, and delivery practices; align engineering with product and business outcomes and mentor managers and senior engineers.

Provide legal counsel for private markets investments by negotiating LPAs, side letters, and investment management agreements; advise investment teams on compliance and regulatory risk; support fund operations, entity governance, and corporate housekeeping; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enhance the firms compliance program.

Lead statutory and external IFRS reporting, corporate tax, and financial audits for a P&C insurer. Prepare regulatory returns (P&C1, MCT), IFRS financial statements, tax provisions, audit coordination, and Board materials. Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance, reconcile actuarial inputs, support ESG/OSFI reporting, and drive process improvements and automation for finance reporting.

The Director of Ocean Marine Claims manages first-party marine cargo claims and oversees relationships with stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
