Manage and improve the organization's document control framework: maintain EDMS and databases, enforce version control and security, implement workflow automation, support audits and compliance (ISO/FDA/GMP), interpret technical drawings, train staff, and lead process improvement initiatives across projects.

Lead and oversee project controls for engineering, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects. Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, scheduling (Primavera P6), risk and change management, performance reporting, and stakeholder communication. Provide technical leadership to project controls staff, develop standards, perform schedule and cost analyses, and support contract administration and audits to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Lead delivery of complex building and renovation projects across full lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, site supervision, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, risk management, contract administration, and mentoring junior staff to ensure projects meet client and regulatory requirements.
