Lead technical execution and hands-on full-stack development for federal Internet and Intranet sites, focusing on Drupal and .NET. Oversee performance, capacity, accessibility (Section 508), enterprise integrations (Appian, SharePoint, DB2), and modernization efforts while managing technical staff and ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity, privacy, and architecture requirements.

Commit code, maintain unit and automated tests, support CI/CD and zero-downtime deployments, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 incidents, perform root-cause analysis, write technical documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Lead development and deployment of machine learning models, provide technical leadership on AI/ML solutions, integrate models with data pipelines, build RPA automations, support data governance, evaluate analytics products, and present findings through dashboards and reports to stakeholders.

Design, build, test, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, Databricks and Spark. Develop SQL queries and dashboards, automate workflows, integrate code with GitHub/GitLab CI/CD, troubleshoot data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.
