Requires deep mortgage or proptech sales expertise, recent lending experience, remote-team leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Leads a remote team of Account Executives responsible for lead generation, conversions, and mortgage application targets. Coaches sellers through one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, live feedback, and onboarding; manages forecasting, hiring, performance standards, and partner presentations. Ensures compliant positioning of Knock’s bridge loan, maintains accurate MeridianLink Mortgage data, and partners with lending operations and underwriting to advance applications.

Generate new business through outbound prospecting and partner enablement with lenders, brokers, loan officers, and agents. Drive adoption of Knock’s Bridge Loan, increase loan applications, conduct partner training, meet monthly sales targets, manage relationships, track performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
