Leads complex electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, overseeing design documents, system layouts, drawings, specifications, quality reviews, and technical problem-solving. Requires proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, CAD, Revit, and HVAC design software, plus 3–8 years of relevant experience depending on level.

Leads software development within a defined product area, translating product initiatives into sequenced technical work and coordinating team execution. Manages delivery commitments, technical quality, architecture alignment, risk mitigation, and complex implementations. Provides performance management, coaching, hiring support, and technical growth for developers while remaining hands-on with high-risk features and subsystems. Performs electrical system site observations and testing to verify compliance with plans, specifications, codes, standards, and regulations. Documents field conditions, supports resolution of nonconformance, assists engineers and team leaders, evaluates system feasibility, reviews contractor submissions, and helps prepare drawings and specifications. Requires electrical construction administration knowledge, blueprint interpretation, substantial travel, variable shifts, and physical ability to remain on-site and climb ladders.
