Own day-to-day on-site IT operations for a precision manufacturing facility: endpoint lifecycle, local network/infrastructure health, ticketing in Jira Service Management, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and asset management, construction IT buildout support, security and CMMC Level 2 compliance coordination, and hiring/training a local IT team.
