Responsible for ensuring availability and optimization of systems/storage infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments. Support various environments, analyze technical problems, and implement automation solutions. Serve as technical lead for team's geography during specific hours. Anticipated as fully remote role covering Pacific Time Zone hours. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.

Responsible for designing and architecting infrastructure systems in public and private cloud environments. Manage systems and storage escalations, provide workarounds, create automated processes, and mentor team on best practices. Share responsibility for configuration management, virtualization, cloud environment, and datacenter hardware. Collaborate on disaster recovery, user onboarding/offboarding, and ServiceNow environment. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Azure, Netapp, PURE storage, scripting, and multiple operating systems.
