Manages participant and community support operations, including remote support specialists and Discord moderators. Oversees escalations, workflows, knowledge resources, incentive and compliance operations, vendors, fulfillment, audits, and support systems. Leads cross-functional projects, communications, community administration, newsletter operations, and adoption of new technical tools while improving service quality, safety, and consistency.

Plan, create, and publish content across multiple platforms; manage community engagement, influencer and partner relationships; run integrated campaigns; analyze performance and optimize strategy; collaborate cross-functionally and ensure brand consistency.
