Manage a portfolio of condo, townhome, and HOA communities: oversee operations, vendor contracts, preventative maintenance, budget preparation and financial oversight, run board meetings, respond to owner inquiries, and coordinate vendors and contractors.

Lead month-end and year-end close, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, manage AR/AP and billing, oversee credit and collections, supervise and develop an accounting team, partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements and automation to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and revenue recognition.
