The Executive Director will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial health of The Woman's Exchange, leading a team of 30 and managing a $2 million annual budget. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, financial management, data analysis, team leadership, and fundraising to support women's economic empowerment through the marketplace.

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the Finance, Accounting, and IT teams in developing scalable strategies to support growth, oversee financial reporting and controls, and assist in organizational strategy and M&A activities, while promoting the company culture and values.
