Manage planning, scheduling, cost and risk for DOE projects at Y-12. Develop and integrate schedules, forecasts, EVM reporting, and change control using P6, SAP, and WebEVM. Coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance with project controls processes, and support Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.

Lead process and mechanical engineering for a DOE plutonium processing facility: provide technical direction, review construction documents, prepare P&IDs, calculations and specifications, coordinate multi-discipline teams through design, construction, and startup, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes.

Support and administer Earned Value Management and project controls: cost estimating and control, schedule development and monitoring, trend identification, supervisory/technical direction for cost and scheduling, administrative support, and development of advanced analytical resolutions to complex problems.

Provide senior electrical or civil/structural design engineering support for TA-55 plutonium facilities, preparing complex analyses and design packages, supporting construction and project activities, leading projects, supervising staff, and using CAD and engineering analysis tools.

Support maintenance, testing, deployment preparation, and repair of atmospheric instrumentation (AMF2). Manage inventory, shipments, and procurements; follow site safety; collaborate with national lab and research staff; perform field and lab tasks including electronics and network troubleshooting.
