Provide legal and regulatory strategy for a global LEO satellite constellation: prepare and file FCC and international submissions, advise on spectrum, licensing, interference, ITU rules, coordinate with regulators and engineers, and support market access and policy advocacy.

Maintain ICDs and interface matrices, track requirements to verification (DOORS/Jama), support deployment and structural test campaigns, develop integration procedures, and escalate integration risks to ensure hardware survives ground and launch environments.

Lead and own ground deployment test program for a large deployable antenna: design gravity-offload rigs, execute deployment tests, capture force/torque and kinematics, establish ground-to-flight correlation, verify repeatability, coordinate with mechanism and structural teams, and contribute to model-test correlation.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design of a deployable payload antenna structure for LEO satellites: concept through detailed design, analysis, qualification (thermal‑vacuum, vibration, shock), drawings/GD&T, manufacturing support, integration, and test. Manage deployment kinematics, mechanisms, and CAD assemblies (SolidWorks).

Lead spacecraft systems architecture, ICDs, verification & validation, electrical architecture, AI&T/integration and test, configuration management, and digital thread/MBSE for LEO constellation programs, ensuring requirements traceability and on-orbit success.

Design, develop, and deliver high-performance digital hardware for space-connected IoT products. Responsibilities include RTL development and verification, FPGA/ASIC synthesis and timing closure, high-speed interface and PCB design, lab bring-up and debugging, architecture trade-offs, hardware/software integration, manufacturing readiness, and ensuring designs operate reliably in harsh environments.

Lead spacecraft operations, overseeing constellation health and performance, while developing metrics and mentoring a high-performing team. Ensure autonomous operations and partner with engineering teams.
