Owns developer experience product initiatives by gathering feedback through pilots, focus groups, surveys, and research; translating insights into roadmap priorities; tracking KPIs and OKRs; coordinating launches and communications; and operationalizing successful platform improvements. Partners with Platform Engineering, Product, UX, and engineering teams to improve developer tools, onboarding, usability, adoption, and productivity.

Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automate application and database deployments, manage Azure infrastructure and governance, implement secure secrets and identity controls, standardize environments, and improve monitoring, reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role also troubleshoots production incidents, supports rollback procedures, and collaborates with architects, developers, DBAs, and engineers in a government tolling modernization environment.

Supports a tolling modernization program through business and system analysis for microservices, APIs, data workflows, and application modernization. Develops requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and traceability documentation. Collaborates with developers, architects, QA testers, operational teams, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. Uses Azure DevOps Boards to manage backlog items and provides light QA validation of requirements and acceptance criteria.

Manage and optimize hybrid Azure, AWS, on-premises, Windows Server, and VMware infrastructure. Build automation with PowerShell, Python, and Terraform; administer containers with Docker and Kubernetes; monitor environments using Splunk and Azure Monitor; enforce identity, security, and compliance controls; implement disaster recovery; and support CI/CD, DevOps, AIOps, and machine learning initiatives.

Build and operate data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and quality pipelines; design dimensional and semantic data models; and develop and administer Power BI reports, dashboards, and workspaces. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and metrics, document lineage, support self-service analytics, and contribute to solution design, presales, standards, and reusable components.

Owns automated testing across Angular front ends, APIs, GraphQL services, and end-to-end user journeys. Builds stable test architecture, manages test data and environments, integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and monitors coverage and suite health. Partners with developers on testable designs, performs exploratory and manual testing when appropriate, supports user acceptance testing, and coaches teams on maintaining reliable automated coverage.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365 environment for an enterprise (400+ users). Administer Entra ID, Intune, Defender suites, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Azure. Implement Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
