Manage IT operations and service delivery across four regulated biotech sites. Responsibilities include service desk oversight, Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration, identity and device management, vendor and SLA management, employee technology lifecycle support, laboratory systems support, incident response, access reviews, compliance documentation, asset management, purchasing, and operational project leadership. The role is hands-on, requires occasional travel and off-hours outage response, and supports GxP-related IT environments.
