The Senior Paid Media Strategist creates, manages, optimizes, and reports on paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other platforms. They analyze performance, develop growth strategies, conduct competitive research, recommend landing page improvements, communicate results to enterprise clients, and mentor and train junior team members. The role also supports process improvement and serves as a paid media subject matter expert.

Oversee digital marketing and website projects from client kickoff through launch and post-launch optimization. Coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, QA teams, sales, account management, and clients. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, scope changes, deliverables, quality standards, communications, and project metrics while improving workflows and ensuring projects remain on time and aligned with business goals.

Serve as primary client contact to build relationships, retain and grow revenue through strategic marketing plans. Analyze paid media and SEO performance (Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, LSA, GA4), deliver recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor coordinators, and drive upsells and referrals.
