Provides in-office IT support and assists with administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, networks, and cloud applications. Supports cybersecurity evaluations, AI implementations and governance, system maintenance, troubleshooting, process automation, documentation, technology projects, and end-user technical requests. Collaborates with the IT team and cross-trains across functions.

Manage real estate and land management activities across utility projects, including property rights evaluation, land acquisition, budgets, forecasts, schedules, reporting, contractor coordination, negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires managing right-of-way acquisitions and easements for infrastructure projects, interpreting legal and property documents, using GIS and mapping tools, and improving service delivery. Remote work is available, with travel required for assignments.

Supervises title operations for land acquisition projects, overseeing schedules, resources, personnel, client coordination, title documentation, and quality control. Reviews title commitments, acquisition packages, legal descriptions, notarizations, ownership reports, chains of title, deeds, plats, leases, probate records, and other property documents. Identifies title defects, supports curative measures, prepares correspondence and proposals, contributes to contracts and due diligence, and participates in client meetings and business development. Occasional travel to client and project locations is required.
