Drive annuity sales growth across an Illinois territory by developing business strategies, executing sales plans, managing pipelines and forecasts, conducting advisor presentations, and building relationships with bank and broker-dealer partners. This hybrid internship is based at the Zionsville headquarters and requires approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Leads and manages a hands-on web development and UI design team supporting multiple insurance brands. Owns design systems, Webflow builds, Figma design reviews, accessibility, security posture, architectural resilience, SEO/GEO, analytics integration, Agile delivery, staffing, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment. Oversees portfolio applications and web properties, including M&A integrations, governance, compliance, and continuous improvements in design and development workflows.

Leads and manages a full-stack application development team while remaining hands-on with coding, code reviews, architecture, and production support. Own the data and insights portfolio for Gainbridge, prioritizing business problems that analytics and AI can solve. Translate data and models into decisions, drive adoption within workflows, build data literacy, and govern applied AI use. Partner with data and engineering teams on use cases while retaining accountability for business outcomes, prioritization, acceptance, and stakeholder alignment.

Own end-to-end marketing campaign execution, particularly affiliate campaigns, from setup and stakeholder alignment through launch, compliance approval, and performance analysis. Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, manage calendars and team capacity, guide messaging and creative approvals, and translate campaign results into optimization recommendations. The role supports Meta and other performance channels while offering opportunities to develop channel specialization or broader marketing strategy expertise.
