Provides advanced internal IT support, administers SaaS applications, manages escalated helpdesk tickets, supports system rollouts and IT projects, improves processes through automation, maintains technical documentation, and assists with audiovisual setups and company events.

Reviews commercial and SBA loan applications, analyzes borrower creditworthiness and financial statements, structures loan proposals, prepares credit submissions and loan committee presentations, and manages portfolio reviews, policy exceptions, ticklers, and underwriting transactions. The role also coordinates with borrowers and loan officers to complete documentation, supports loan approval, and maintains compliance with bank, OCC, FDIC, and SBA policies.
