Work directly with the Co-CEO to translate strategy into execution: create action plans, track top-priority initiatives, surface customer insights, remove operational bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional execution across GTM, Product, Research, Engineering and Finance. Lead Runway's Growth and Emerging Revenue organization, building and scaling 6-8+ revenue pods and BD teams to drive net-new ACV, NRR, expansion, and renewals. Design demand funnels, inbound/outbound plays, and inside-sales lanes; hire and develop managers; instrument conversion and funnel metrics; and use AI-enabled workflows to scale pipeline and talent.

The Enterprise Account Executive will identify prospective customers, own the sales process, develop innovative applications for AI software, and grow existing accounts while collaborating with various teams on market insights.

Lead and scale Runway's Enterprise revenue segment (25-40 GTM teammates). Own new ACV and NRR targets, manage forecasting and pipeline discipline, engage C-level buyers, drive license consumption and renewals, hire and develop frontline sales managers and revenue pods, and operate revenue as P&Ls to achieve aggressive growth.

Full‑cycle growth AE responsible for a 40–60 account book, closing 25–40 deals annually. Qualify rapidly, expand usage to increase deal size, convert product signals into pipeline, and partner with an Engagement Manager to drive customer consumption and commission unlocks.
