The Process Engineer II optimizes operations, ensures product quality, leads process design reviews, trains personnel on SPC, and conducts audits and trials to improve manufacturing efficiency and safety.

Lead site reliability program to improve uptime and equipment life through predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, FMEA/RCM, asset analytics, spare strategy, project execution, storeroom integration, technician training, and KPI-driven continuous improvement across production and maintenance.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency goals. Leads process design reviews, trials, SPC implementation, root-cause and failure analyses, FMEA/PPA, documentation, training, and continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and improve product capability.

Lead SAP GRC strategy and governance across on‑prem and cloud SAP systems. Own SoD rule-sets, access provisioning, access reviews, and audit readiness. Administer SAP GRC AC modules, deploy SAP IAG on BTP, and govern security models for SAP Ariba, SAC, and IBP. Mentor analysts, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure SOX/ITGC compliance.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and execution, prioritize and deliver Generative and agentic AI solutions, govern AI risk and compliance, enable organization-wide adoption through training and change management, and oversee technical architecture, vector search/RAG implementations, and cross-functional delivery to drive measurable business value.

The Process Engineer III will lead process improvement projects, conduct training on statistical process control, and ensure compliance through audits while engaging with R&D for plant trials.

Lead and deliver the Commercial Market Insights roadmap: design and run qualitative and quantitative research, manage vendors and a team of analysts, facilitate workshops, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and partner with Product, Sales, and R&D to drive customer-centered commercial strategy and product decisions.
