The Business Development Representative at Glia will engage potential clients via various channels, build sales pipeline, and support Account Executives. Responsibilities include using lead-generation tools and following best practices for outreach and relationship building to meet monthly goals.

Build SRE and observability tooling and automation to enable engineering teams: dashboards, alerts, monitors-as-code, SLO/SLI tooling, incident response automation, and production/operational readiness templates and standards.

Partner with dev teams to enable production readiness, eliminate toil via automation, and improve incident workflows to accelerate outage resolution and learning.

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth from target enterprise accounts, develop expertise in digital transformation, and leverage negotiation skills to secure large contracts.

Manage and maintain marketing stack (Marketo, Salesforce), ensure clean data flows and lead lifecycle, manage vendors and documentation, build automations and AI workflows to reduce manual work, and create dashboards and reporting to show marketing-driven revenue.

Drive new revenue from target accounts, nurture leads, and develop expertise in digital transformation and customer experience while securing large contracts.

Manage a portfolio of 15–20 SaaS client implementations from sales handoff to launch. Serve as project manager, consultant, and configuration expert; build project plans, mitigate risks, train client admins, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to deliver measurable customer ROI.

Support sales by performing technical discovery, delivering tailored demos, assisting with proofs of concept and integrations, managing RFP/RFI responses, building demo environments and reusable assets, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success under mentorship toward full Sales Engineer ownership.

Drive new enterprise revenue from target accounts and BDR-generated leads for Glia's Banking AI platform. Develop digital transformation expertise, deliver ROI analyses, manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and expand business within top-tier financial institutions.

Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual experiential programs, manage event logistics and vendors, promote events with cross-functional teams, handle lead operations and pipeline tracking, maintain budgets and timelines, report ROI using Salesforce, and identify automation opportunities to streamline event workflows.
