Design, execute, and lead verification and user-acceptance testing for radar systems. Plan test campaigns, operate UAS and lead flight teams, collect and analyze test data, develop test equipment, and collaborate with engineering to resolve hardware/software issues and improve processes and safety.

Lead development of on-device middleware and edge services (Rust/C++), integrate devices with AWS IoT Core and cloud services (Kinesis, S3, Lambda), design reliable disconnected-mode interfaces, implement AuthN/AuthZ and data privacy (X.509, IAM), collaborate with cloud tech lead, mentor engineers, and drive edge-to-cloud architecture and delivery in rapid R&D environments.

Support customer and partner relationships by demonstrating radar value, lead integrations with C2/VMS/autonomous platforms, plan and execute installations, tune systems, provide technical support, analyze post-demo data, create training materials, collect feedback, and travel up to 50%.

Technical lead responsible for designing and building cloud-native ingestion, processing, and visualization systems for edge radar fleets. Lead design of resilient, low-latency distributed systems, implement secure device authentication/authorization and data privacy, define device-cloud contracts with edge teams, research backend prototypes, and mentor engineering teams to deliver production customer-facing radar-cloud solutions.

Execute integrated B2B marketing for defense, government, and critical-infrastructure markets. Manage campaigns, events, content, sales enablement, and vendor coordination. Represent the company at trade shows and demonstrations, translate technical radar concepts into customer-facing materials, track performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and engineering. Frequent travel (~50%) required.

Manage and scale high-performance technical teams while driving execution of software delivery and ensuring integration with real-world systems.
