Build pipelines, internal tools, prototypes, and AI-enabled solutions; replace manual processes with engineering controls; collaborate with data producers and consumers; and help teammates develop their technical building skills.

Lead long-term technical strategy and large cross-functional engineering initiatives for Vanta's GRC product. Design scalable, reliable systems, mentor engineers, drive architecture and process improvements, and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS features while influencing organization-wide technical decisions.

Own the design, configuration, administration, security, testing, and optimization of Vanta’s Workday environment across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. Partner with People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solutions, lead system initiatives, manage releases and change adoption, improve processes, and maintain audit and compliance standards.
