Drive revenue by developing and closing complex State, Local, and Education (SLED) government SaaS deals. Measures program effectiveness, reinforces new skills with revenue teams, and aligns regional initiatives with global enablement efforts. The role requires strong facilitation, business partnership, communication, autonomy, and experience supporting EMEA and global SaaS sales teams.

Lead large-scale technical initiatives and build scalable product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Partner with product and design teams to develop privacy features for SaaS customers, make architectural tradeoffs, mentor engineers, support hiring, and establish engineering excellence across a growing organization.

Lead strategic software engineering initiatives for Vanta’s AI and Data Risk team. Design, develop, and own scalable SaaS product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Partner with product and design teams, make architectural tradeoffs, mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and establish engineering excellence across a growing UK and Ireland organization.

Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying strategic accounts, executing multichannel prospecting sequences, cold calling, handling objections, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales activity records. The role requires meeting daily activity targets, managing an account book strategically, representing Vanta empathetically, improving outbound processes, and collaborating in a hybrid office environment.

Own full-cycle engineering recruiting globally, partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy, assessment standards, sourcing, market intelligence, and offer closing. Use recruiting data to improve funnel health and hiring velocity, represent Vanta’s engineering talent brand, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role requires deep familiarity with technical roles, strong stakeholder influence, analytical thinking, and responsible use of AI.

Own the full sales cycle for Vanta’s Japan market, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, pipeline management, product demonstrations, and closing new business. Develop sales strategies, refine playbooks, communicate customer-specific value, gather product feedback, and build partnerships and market awareness. The role requires prior quota-carrying closing experience, B2B SaaS expertise, customer empathy, technical aptitude, autonomy, and entrepreneurial initiative.

Serve as a GRC subject matter expert on strategic and enterprise deal teams, supporting discovery, demos, POCs, workshops, customer onsites, and expansions. Advise prospects on multi-framework compliance, risk, privacy, trust, and governance programs. Validate AI-generated compliance responses, create enablement materials, train GTM teams, provide product feedback, and support post-sales handoffs. Travel approximately once per quarter.

Own sourcing strategy and execution for niche, senior, and leadership engineering roles. Build technical talent pipelines through outreach, talent mapping, networking, and professional communities. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities, provide market intelligence, and improve hiring decisions. Use data and AI sourcing tools to optimize pipeline performance, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency while developing scalable sourcing practices.
