The Technical Adoption Architect partners with account teams and customers from pre-sales discovery through implementation and adoption. Lead product, privacy, and IP legal counsel for AI-enabled contract platform. Embed in product development to advise on AI governance, privacy, data use, IP, and security; create scalable review processes, playbooks, and tooling; support customer-facing matters and risk management; and translate legal and technical complexity into actionable product requirements and controls.

Lead GTM financial planning, forecasting, and ARR/bookings reporting for Sales. Partner with CRO and GTM leaders on investment, capacity, pipeline, deal structuring, and headcount planning. Build models, optimize systems and dashboards, and drive analytics to support enterprise and mid-market growth.
