Lead and grow a 15-30 person engineering organization building enterprise-grade AI-native SaaS for AI governance, agent management, and model services. Own the technical sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts across the US West: discovery, architecture workshops, POC/POV execution, and technical closure. Lead multi-product CLM/PKI/PQC engagements, advise execs on cryptographic modernization and Zero Trust, maintain hands-on product proficiency, enable partners, and contribute to SE team knowledge and product feedback.

Drive revenue growth and manage the full sales cycle for AppViewX CLM across assigned territories. Build pipeline, close complex, high-value deals, develop strategic sales plans, maintain CRM forecasts, represent the company at events, gather market intelligence, collaborate with marketing, and ensure compliance. Frequent international travel required.

Lead product marketing for AppViewX's Agent Identity Security product: define positioning and go-to-market strategy, create sales enablement and content, support launches and campaigns, build competitive intelligence, partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to drive market definition and demand.

Drive enterprise sales within the US territory: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close large deals; manage strategic account plans and pipeline; collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success; represent company at industry events.

Lead technical presales for enterprise accounts across Australia: design solutions, run architecture workshops and POCs/POVs for CLM/PKI/PQC, engage executive stakeholders, enable partners, and contribute reusable runbooks and SE enablement.

Drive new enterprise business in the DACH region by prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts; develop strategic account plans; manage territory pipeline and forecasts; collaborate with product, marketing, solutions engineering, legal and customer success; represent the company at events. Travel up to 50% and communicate fluently in German and English.
