Serves as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, primarily supporting manufacturing and production teams. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, recruiting support, onboarding, engagement, compliance, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. Uses HR metrics to identify trends and improve retention and employee experience while partnering cross-functionally in a regulated medical device environment.

Leads strategic sourcing for medical device components, raw materials, sub-assemblies, and services. Manages supplier relationships, negotiations, cost optimization, risk mitigation, secondary sourcing, supplier qualification, and compliance in partnership with QA/RA, R&D, Production, and Operations. Uses ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, Excel, spend analytics, and total-cost modeling to monitor supplier performance, inventory, purchase orders, and supply continuity. The role is primarily office-based in Irvine, with warehouse and manufacturing visits and up to 15% travel.
