Serve as an HR Business Partner to four to five divisions while leading company-wide recruiting, learning and development, compliance, and immigration. Advise leaders on organizational design, employee relations, workforce planning, and people matters. Own full-cycle recruiting through JazzHR, develop talent attraction strategies, create manager and employee training programs, and manage immigration casework with outside counsel. Provide broader HR support across compensation, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding during a planned team transition.

Responsible for business development and sales of Alloy's ATX platforms, managing revenue generation, relationship building, and complex contract negotiations to achieve quarterly and annual targets in the biotech sector.

Manage legal operations, document and records systems, intake and workflow coordination, signature and closing logistics, and transaction support. Own filing, retention, and entity records, develop SOPs, track vendor billing, and help implement AI-enabled workflows to improve legal team efficiency while providing high-level administrative support to attorneys.
