Lead strategic sales growth across AI data centers, hyperscalers, stationary energy storage, and related power infrastructure markets. Responsibilities include originating and closing complex, high-value deals; building executive customer and partner relationships; developing sales plans; leading proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contracts; influencing technical specifications; and building a supporting commercial team. The role also provides market intelligence and collaborates with Marketing, Engineering, and business leadership on product strategy and commercialization.

Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing for batteries, PCS, power electronics, and related direct materials. Owns commodity strategy, supplier qualification, RFQs, negotiations, cost modeling, capacity commitments, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and supply assurance. Partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal on design-to-cost, NPI, production readiness, commercial agreements, and localization requirements. The role requires deep battery or power-electronics expertise, international supplier management, and extensive travel for supplier visits and audits.
