The Engagement Manager will drive execution of business-analytics roadmaps, lead workshops, define business problems, and manage client relations. This role combines hands-on contributions with team and customer management.

Design, build, and test scalable Node.js backend services and APIs for cloud products. Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams, participate in Scrum, perform design and code reviews, ensure high code quality, and implement microservices and database-backed solutions.

Lead Sigmoid's insurance consulting practice to define and deliver analytics and AI-led transformation across disability, life, supplemental benefits, and absence management. Drive strategy, account growth, cross-functional delivery, solution roadmaps, and thought leadership while partnering with senior client stakeholders to convert business challenges into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.

Partner with portfolio and practice leadership to own budgeting, forecasting, margin and profitability management, monthly MIS and variance analysis. Provide financial commentary, drive process standardization, support revenue audits and automation opportunities, and act as primary finance business partner for pricing, resourcing, and commercial discussions.

Manage resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, onboarding, and bench management. Coordinate with HR, IT, delivery, and sales to align staffing with project needs and reduce bench time while maintaining compliance and stakeholder communication.

Lead techno-functional FP&A and corporate finance consulting engagements: define business problems, run client workshops, design data-driven solutions, present to senior stakeholders, manage delivery teams, and mentor staff while enabling financial performance storytelling, cost optimization, and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of a scalable big-data platform: consult with Fortune 500 clients, design and implement distributed data solutions (ETL, APIs, integrations), mentor and hire engineers, productionize jobs, and stay hands-on with Spark/Hadoop and cloud technologies.
