Perform and certify aircraft maintenance in compliance with CAA/EASA regulations, lead small maintenance teams, liaise with Technical Control and suppliers, ensure accurate technical documentation and high safety and on-time performance.

Lead 24/7 engineering operations to ensure safe, on-time aircraft departures. Manage AOG recovery, immediate maintenance planning, regulatory compliance (EASA/CAA), crisis response, team performance, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, cost control, reliability improvements, and reporting.
