Lead and scale Lokalise's global partnerships function: define partner strategy, recruit and enable partners, build co-sell/co-marketing GTM motions, drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, and hire and coach a high-performing team. Represent the company at industry events and support integrations with product and technical teams.

Lead analytics strategy and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to design, automate, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and analyses.
