Provides administrative and operations support for an aerospace Prime team. Responsibilities include managing office and digital environments, coordinating meetings, project reviews, executive briefings, travel, events, communications, supplies, onboarding, and facilities activities. Maintains Confluence content, project directories, schedules, and documentation while tracking action items and resolving logistical issues. Supports leadership, stakeholders, and team engagement in a fast-paced program environment.

Coordinates recruiting and HR operations, including interviews, candidate communications, ATS workflows, job postings, offers, screenings, onboarding, employee records, benefits support, engagement initiatives, reporting, and compliance documentation. Maintains HR and recruiting systems, administers electronic signatures, protects confidential information, and partners with hiring managers and employees. The role is onsite in Rockville, Maryland, or Hawthorne, California.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, indirect cost allocations, financial reporting, SEC filings, SOX controls, audits, and government contracting compliance. Partner across finance and operations, improve accounting systems and processes, support strategic transactions, and manage and develop accounting staff.

Own technical, cost, and schedule accountability for spacecraft and subsystem development from architecture through launch and commissioning. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test; manage integrated plans, milestones, risks, resources, customer engagements, and formal design reviews. The role also supports proposal development and business capture while maintaining mission assurance rigor in national security and commercial space programs.

Leads proposal pricing strategy and cost-volume development for federal, defense, civil, intelligence, and commercial space pursuits. Develops Basis of Estimate documentation, pricing models, cost narratives, and competitive assessments; coordinates subcontractor pricing; evaluates cost realism, affordability, risk, profitability, and compliance; and supports proposal reviews, negotiations, audits, and fact-finding. Partners with capture, contracts, engineering, program management, finance, and executive teams across multiple concurrent bids.

Administer and secure enterprise networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, endpoints, storage, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery. Monitor performance and security events, investigate incidents, manage vulnerabilities, support compliance with NIST, CMMC, and ITAR, and provide Tier II/III support. The role also supports engineering software, vendor coordination, infrastructure modernization, documentation, and business continuity for aerospace operations.

Leads spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control subsystem integration, verification, validation, hardware characterization, calibration, and flight acceptance. Develops and automates test procedures, operates HITL and simulation environments, integrates sensors, actuators, avionics, propulsion, and flight software, and resolves anomalies. Correlates simulations with test data, performs Monte Carlo and mission-level analyses, analyzes telemetry, supports requirements closure, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver flight-ready spacecraft.

Owns spacecraft mechanical components and subsystems from requirements through design release, build, integration, testing, and verification. Responsibilities include Creo CAD and drawing development, GD&T, interface closure, integration issue resolution, design updates, verification planning, design reviews, configuration boards, and supplier coordination. The role supports flight hardware development and requires collaboration with manufacturing, AIT, procurement, and inspection teams.

Own detailed CAD design and configuration quality for spacecraft flight hardware, including structures, mechanisms, brackets, harness accommodations, and payload mounts. Build and maintain Creo assemblies, manage packaging and clearances, release GD&T-compliant drawings, and maintain BOM accuracy in Windchill. Partner with manufacturing and assembly, integration, and test teams to ensure hardware is producible and testable. Support spacecraft integration, rework disposition, design reviews, and configuration control while mentoring designers and establishing CAD and release standards.

Develop and lead persuasive federal proposal content for national security, civil, and commercial space pursuits. Create win themes, strategic messaging, storyboards, executive summaries, technical narratives, and content plans. Translate complex aerospace and technical concepts into customer-focused messaging, collaborate with capture managers and subject matter experts, support proposal reviews, mentor writers, and maintain content libraries and best practices across multiple concurrent pursuits.
