Design and implement CRM architecture, automations, integrations, data flows, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and scoring. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to technical standards and reusable frameworks to improve revenue operations and partner outcomes.

Partner with clients to design and execute data-driven revenue operations strategies on HubSpot. Analyze processes across marketing, sales, and service, identify gaps, prioritize revenue plays, lead project delivery, drive KPI-driven optimization, and manage stakeholder change to produce measurable revenue impact.
