Provide desktop and technical support: install and configure hardware/software, diagnose and repair faults, resolve network and connectivity issues, support deployments, maintain documentation, and test new technologies while performing electrical safety checks.

The Director of Technology Operations leads Clicklease's technology operations, focusing on IT, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security. Responsibilities include strategic governance, performance metrics, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence in a fintech environment.
