Develop and execute test plans, perform manual testing, verify database and API behavior, document results, track issues with product teams, and ensure requirements compliance in Agile/Kanban projects.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies across Tampa/Sarasota. Drive sales and retention of personal lines policies, prospect and onboard agencies, deliver presentations, coordinate with underwriting and client services, maintain records, and travel extensively within the territory.

Provide administrative and operational support for print, mail, document processing, and general office functions. Coordinate print/mail operations, process requests, order supplies, verify and deliver packages, sort/scan/file documents, assist with office relocations and disaster recovery, train team members, report on tasks, and perform other assigned office support duties to maintain workflow efficiency.
