Support the Placement Team by organizing meetings, managing schedules and deadlines, preparing and delivering reports, reviewing and analysing placement data, liaising with insurers and internal teams, visiting businesses to review placement activity, and supporting Placement Executives with ad-hoc reporting and documentation review.

Develop and retain commercial insurance clients by sourcing new business, preparing quotations, renewals and MTAs, placing cover across commercial lines, maintaining insurer relationships, meeting FCA requirements, and delivering sales and service targets.

Provide pragmatic in-house employment law advice across Europe, manage employment risk, support HR on policies, TUPE, restructures, investigations, tribunals and settlement negotiations, draft documentation, and partner with senior leaders to ensure compliant, commercial people practices.
