Manage and optimize domestic logistics and distribution operations for a 3PL/freight forwarder. Oversee shipments, carrier management, regulatory compliance, cost analysis, reporting, and team guidance to meet customer service, timeliness, and efficiency objectives.

Sell and manage logistics services across major regions by identifying prospects, developing and executing sales programs, managing key accounts, recommending supply chain solutions, preparing forecasts, collaborating with operations on pricing, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

Manage and optimize 3PL/freight forwarding operations including inbound/outbound logistics, carrier management, compliance, cost analysis, reporting, team guidance, and process improvements to meet client service and performance targets.

Manage day-to-day international freight forwarding operations: route selection, booking, documentation, shipment tracking, agent coordination, cost accrual, and customer status updates while adhering to SOPs and reducing client supply-chain costs.

Manage and optimize supply chain activities including forecasting, supplier performance, procurement, transportation selection, process implementation, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and compliance.
