Leads WalkerHughes Insurance’s people strategy, HR operations, employee engagement, performance development, total rewards, compliance, workforce planning, and recruitment partnership. Advises the CEO and leadership team, develops managers and succession plans, oversees multi-state employment practices, and leads the people integration of acquired agencies. The role manages HR teams, employee relations, HRIS and payroll processes, culture initiatives, and organizational growth across multiple locations. Travel to company locations, events, and recruiting activities is estimated at 20–25%.

Manage and service an established commercial lines book: handle renewals, policies, endorsements, billing, and claims; coordinate with carriers; maintain accurate records; support client retention and growth alongside advisors; identify coverage gaps and new business opportunities.
