Support implementation of data governance frameworks across Pensions & Savings. Work with Data Owners, Stewards, and Risk to monitor data quality, track governance actions, maintain documentation, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support regulatory compliance and governance maturity. Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance processes and stakeholder reporting.

Process end-to-end payroll for pre- and post-retirement customers (pensions, annuities, ARFs). Prepare bank files/cheque registers, produce payroll reports, respond to payroll and PAYE queries, ensure compliance with Revenue legislation (RPN), perform manual tax calculations, and support reconciliations and payroll projects.

Senior technical authority for AWS cloud architecture across RS&AM Engineering. Define principles, patterns, and target-state architectures; build reference implementations and POCs; set standards, guardrails and reusable blueprints; embed security, resilience and controls; lead technical direction across multiple teams and deliver cloud-native, serverless and distributed solutions.

Support the BPA Business Team by onboarding deals into regulatory reporting, validating financial impacts, supporting scheme obligations (data cleanses, buy-outs), and improving processes/systems. Provide actuarial leadership and mentor analysts and trainees while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
