Manages human resources functions for an assigned airport station, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits enrollment, employee relations, compliance, personnel records, and workforce reporting. Serve as primary HR contact and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Coordinate all aircraft ground handling activities during turnarounds: calculate weight and balance, communicate between ramp and customers, monitor flight activity and SLAs, oversee safety/load checks, coordinate catering/cleaning/fueling/towing, and report unserviceable equipment.

Coordinate and deliver station safety and training programs, perform safety audits and investigations, maintain injury/liability records, ensure OSHA compliance, and support policy development and statistical reporting.
