Lead forensic analysis of mechanical and electrical field returns, identify root causes, drive CAPA and cross-functional design or process improvements, and develop quality tools and tests to detect or eliminate defects.

Owns the commercial success and long-term growth of assigned customer accounts. Leads deployment coordination, onboarding, training, adoption, retention, expansion, and operational optimization for robotics solutions. Serves as the primary customer advocate and strategic advisor while monitoring account health and KPIs. Coordinates with sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver projects, resolve issues, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Owns end-to-end launch timelines for autonomous robotics deployment sites. Coordinates Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Account Management, customers, and other stakeholders; tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and forecasts; leads status reviews; escalates delays; and maintains a scalable source of truth for launch reporting. The role also develops process tools and automation to improve tracking efficiency as launch volume grows.

Owns the full customer site lifecycle for autonomous warehouse robotics deployments, including site assessments, solution design, configuration, quality handoff, installation, commissioning, operator training, post-launch support, and issue resolution. Serves as the primary on-site customer contact, documents risks and gaps, reports launch status, and feeds lessons learned into deployment processes. Requires extensive warehouse operations knowledge, customer-facing training skills, commissioning experience, and 50–75% domestic and international travel.

Maintain the master production schedule and SIOP cadence, translate sales pipeline into material and capacity commitments, plan multi-location inventory and safety stock, manage lifetime-buy and service-parts strategy, control inventory value/reporting, and partner with purchasing and finance to ensure deployments meet promised dates.

Conduct outbound outreach and qualify inbound leads to build pipeline for large shippers and 3PLs. Nurture prospects, track lead progression, provide marketing feedback, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales.

Design and develop mixed-signal electrical systems and PCBs for autonomous robotic systems. Specify components, perform analysis and simulations, create schematics/BOMs, support manufacturing, testing, debugging, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop and optimize path planning, trajectory generation, and motion controllers for heavy-payload autonomous mobile robots. Integrate localization and perception, validate sim-to-real behavior, implement obstacle avoidance and safety behaviors, analyze field telemetry, and collaborate across hardware, perception, and cloud teams to deploy reliable navigation in production.

Own the hardware-software interface for production robotic platforms: develop sensor and actuator drivers, manage communication buses and Linux configurations, integrate new hardware, monitor system health, build edge/cloud device management, and support field-deployed robots through diagnostics and validation.

Own and ship the perception stack for autonomous mobile robots, integrating LiDAR, cameras, IMUs and other sensors. Design detection, segmentation, localization, mapping, and sensor-fusion pipelines; build datasets and CI/CD for perception models; debug deployed systems on-site; collaborate with navigation, controls, and hardware teams to deliver reliable production performance in real freight facilities.
