Summer internship program for current undergraduate and graduate students across departments including finance, accounting, actuarial, compliance, IT, HR, marketing, operations, and investments. Interns gain practical experience in a global insurance business, attend Lunch & Learn sessions, report to department managers, and work approximately 40 hours weekly for 10–12 weeks. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work two to three days weekly in New Orleans or Oak Brook.

The Senior Network Engineer manages enterprise network design, implementation, and operations, focusing on infrastructure, VoIP, security, troubleshooting, and project management.

Design scalable, secure solutions and architecture artifacts; translate business requirements into technical designs; guide engineering teams through implementation; facilitate stakeholder workshops; ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and non-functional requirements; support architecture reviews and continuous improvement across regions in English and Spanish.
