Develops test plans and traceability, documents defects and remediation guidance, provides compliance sign-off, reviews designs, supports shift-left accessibility, collaborates on CI/CD scanning, and mentors junior QA analysts.

Develop and support Power Platform and SharePoint solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, migrations, workflow automation, dashboards, forms, end-user support, training, and stakeholder communication. The role integrates SharePoint Online with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages while coordinating multiple projects and mentoring team members.

Develops and maintains GIS solutions supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, integrating geospatial data, ArcGIS systems, web services, and enterprise platforms.
