Develops and executes CarelonRx sales strategies across assigned territories, targeting commercial ASO clients with 250+ members. Leads complex account sales, prospecting, broker and consultant engagement, pharmacy pricing, RFP execution, finalist meetings, pipeline forecasting, and market intelligence initiatives. Partners with implementation teams to ensure successful client transitions and communicates CarelonRx solutions to plan sponsors and external stakeholders.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase adoption of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Manage healthcare provider accounts through in-person meetings, call cycles, Salesforce activity tracking, performance analysis, educational support, and reimbursement guidance. Build relationships with providers, clinical teams, coordinators, and pharmaceutical partners; communicate competitive intelligence and business risks; and attend sales meetings, conferences, training, and conventions while traveling throughout Colorado.

Lead architecture, development, and deployment of large-scale AI systems and platforms. Define enterprise AI standards, modernize legacy systems, implement AI-enabled SDLC and governance, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of LLMs, agentic AI, microservices, cloud, and DevOps practices.
